    Discovery

    Understand the business, users, goals, required pages, system logic, and operational needs. Define what success looks like and what the system must do, not just look like.

    Structure

    Define routes, sections, content hierarchy, database or CMS needs, admin logic, and integrations. The system architecture is decided before any pixel is pushed.

  3. 03

    Interface

    Design responsive screens, components, interaction states, forms, dashboards, and user flows. Interface decisions follow structure — not the other way around.

    Build

    Implement the website, app, CMS, dashboard, automation, or platform using production-ready code, semantic markup, and maintainable component architecture.

    QA

    Check responsiveness, navigation, forms, performance, accessibility, console errors, build health, and edge cases. QA is not optional — it is part of the build.

  6. 06

    Deployment

    Set up domain, DNS, hosting, environment variables, production deployment, and launch configuration. The system is deployed only when it is operationally ready.

  7. 07

    Lock & Maintenance

    Protect the system from accidental redesign, copy drift, logic drift, and unstable future changes. Maintenance is scoped, predictable, and integrity-first.
